Christmas provides many opportunities to share the Word of God.
We were encouraged to hear from Karen in Colchester who wrote to tell us about how she and her friends share the good news:
‘A small group of us are attending local Christmas Fayres and car boot sales we ministered to over 70 people at a Christmas Fayre in Colchester on Saturday, using a banner saying ‘Healing here’. At least 10 gave their life to Jesus for the first time, many experienced healing, everyone experienced love…The harvest is ripe. Thank you so much for your help.’
We agree with Karen, the harvest is ripe and we all have a part to play! It can be as simple as giving away a Gospel as God leads you each day.
“Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, ‘Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?’ And I said, ‘Here am I. Send me!’”(Isaiah 6:8, NIV)
